Production aspects

• The company emphasizes the need for high quality control for all the products produced in line with its policy of “consistent quality, punctuality and ongoing development”. The company uses advance testing equipment to inspect the quality of the product it manufactures as accurately as possible. All products are also inspected during the manufacturing process to ensure the quality meets the company’s quality standards.
• The company stress the importance of maintaining a healthy and safe working environment at the manufacturing site.
• The company plan to seek new technology to develop new products under the company’s own brand name to add value to the products, to create some excitement in the paints products line, to expand the company’s customers’ base and most importantly, to fulfill the needs of the market.
• In addition, the company also emphasize calibration tests for all its tools and machineries used to manufacture products, product testing to reduce waste in the production process, increase production speed for varying batch size orders, by reducing down time during production to reduce lost by adopting cleaner technology to be used in the production process, to improve the company’s production and maintain its leading position in the industrial paint sector.
