Motorcycle Coatings

The color can be classified to 3 types

• 2K (Poly Urethane) paint
• Acrylic paint
• Air Dry paint

2K (Poly Urethane) paint

Characteristic:

• Weather Durability
• High Gloss, Hardness & Good Flexibility
• Excellent to Impact & Rubbing
• Excellent Chemical Resistance
• Excellent for Moisture, Water Resistance

Application:

• Use for spraying on ABS plastic with toping on Base Coat or Primer
• Can be dried by air-dry or baking at 65 – 75c with 25 – 35 minutes
• Should leave at least 48 hours before use

• Clear Top Coat
• Base Coat

Acrylic paint

Characteristic:

• Excellent Film Strength & Good Flexibility
• Excellent to Chemical Resistance
• Excellent to Impact & Abrasion
• Excellent for Moisture, Water & Salt Spray Resistance
• High Heat Resistance

Application:

• Use for spraying on metal parts such as steel, aluminum, brass and other metals
• Can be dried by baking at 130 – 150c with 20 – 30 minutes
• Can be used immediately

• Clear Top Coat
• Base Coat

Air Dry paint

Characteristic:

• Excellent Adhesion for many kind of Materials
• Excellent Film Strength & Good Flexibility
• Excellent to Impact & Abrasion
• Excellent for Chemical Resistance

Application:

• Available on Acrylic and Chrolinated Poly Olephi
• Use for spraying on ABS plastic, PP&Nylon 6 plastic and other Engineering plastics
• Can be dried by air-dry or baking at 65 – 75c with 5 – 10 minutes
• Can be used immediately

• Primer or Surfacer
• Base Coat
